Laura & Ben were amazing to work with! Laura was on top of communication from the beginning through the whole process. Ben made sure to confirm all my preferences/choices as he went, and was also super gracious and understanding when he had to coordinate some things with other contractors (which can be frustrating but sometimes unavoidable!).
